Relax, enjoy & provide your staff, franchisees, colleagues & guests with a fresh approach to life. Regular meditation can increase peace, harmony & overall success.


CHILDREN: Meditation & mindfulness in schools program extra special rate: Base level $33 per child, per 30-50 minute session. (Age dependent). Minimum 10 children per session/no maximum number. Large groups welcome.

ADULTS: Meditation & mindfulness session for business conferences & groups - 45 mins - special rate $88 per person, minimum 6 participants

During the practice of meditation the body has a relaxation response, which gives it deep rest. To be mindful means to pay attention, or to focus, or to be present in the now. Mindfulness is a shift from automatic, reactive thought, to conscious, directed thought.
